Mr. Khalid Masood joined QBL as a director in 1986 after graduating from La Verne University, California, USA with a B.Sc in Management. He also attended the University of California at Los Angeles for Professional Designation Award in Construction Management. In 1999 he became the Managing Director.
He manages the family business of construction and has supervised mega projects like the construction of Nazimabad Flyover, Dock Labour Board Hospital and the Custom House Building. Mr. Masood has also grown independently and established his own identity. Ranging from imports to real estate to food services and further to hotel management, he has a diversified portfolio of projects to his credit. He is the Managing Partner of Al-Khalid Agency, which is involved in the import of machinery and equipment, and has done pioneering work in solid waste management with the city of Karachi. He was the Founder C.E.O. and is a director of Unique Food Services, the franchisers for Domino’s Pizza in Pakistan.
Mr. Khalid Masood is a partner in HAK Holdings, a company established in U.A.E., under the chairmanship of Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al-Naimi, Ruler of Ajman and member of Supreme Council United Arab Emirates. The company is involved in Real Estate development and general trading, both locally and internationally. He is also the Chief Executive and Director of Quality Power Company, which is involved in the establishment of 50 megawatt dual fired PowerStation in Quetta. He is the Executive Director of the Plaza Companies Private Ltd., operator of Carlton Hotel in D.H.A. He is the owner of Central Cold Storage in Empress Market, established in 1948. Mr. Masood also has extensive experience in dealing with acquisition of property and real estate.
Has been a successful architect for the past four decades. Mr. Naqvi has supervised and worked in the capacity of an architect to design various Residential and Commercial Projects and supervised many projects in Karachi, Quetta, and Islamabad.
He received his Diploma in Architecture from the Government School of Architecture, Karachi in 1962. After working with D.H Daruwala and Co. M/s Ascon and Co. and M/s Naqvi Associates he joined QBL in 1970 and has been an asset to the company.
Wafa Umer is a BBA (hons) graduate of IBA, one of the leading business schools of Pakistan. She has secured numerous awards and murals at both Karachi Grammar School and IBA. With Mensa certified IQ of 174 we are proud to have this visionary on our team.
She has been a Director at Quality Builders Limited with over 8 years of experience in Project Planning, Management & Implementation, Liaison with local & Foreign Consultants, Project Economics, feasibility studies and preparation. For various projects including Royal Park she did Market Research and Marketing Analysis as well as management of day-to-day affairs
Ms Wafa has been responsible for correspondence & communication management on various projects as well as being part of business development opportunities.
Alongside experience in the construction industry, Ms.Wafa has entrepreneurial and editorial experiences to add to her diversified portfolio.
Eeshah Khalid did her O and A Levels from the prestigious Karachi Grammar School, scoring 10 A’s in the former and 3 A*’s in the latter. She then went on to get her LLB (Hons) Degree from University of London (International Programme), where not only did she pass with a first class honours, but ranked first amongst the top ten scorers worldwide. She has been teaching law at SZABIST University for the past two years. As a young, vibrant director of Quality Builders Limited, she brings fresh ideas to the table and with her competence and determination to succeed, is all set to propel the company into a new era of success and prosperity.
Mustafa Khalid is a business graduate from the University of Warwick in England, one of the leading business schools in the world. He successfully completed his O and A Levels from Karachi Grammar School with soaring grades. He is a Director at Quality Builders Limited with experience in Project Management & Implementation. He liaisons with Consultants and Contractors as well as leads teams to determine Project Economics(feasibility studies and preparation).
Mr. Mustafa is involved in the Financial Analysis of projects, breakeven, and payback research. He possesses commendable Public Administration Skills and management of day-to-day affairs. He is a member of the Pak-UAE Business Council and ascertains opportunities for business development and growth.

He is a technocrat with 35 years of experience. A graduate of Government College, Lahore, he has also qualified in various competency exams of Shipping and Management from DGPS and the University of Hull, UK. He specializes in Project Management, Administration, Planning, and technical evaluation.
He has executed numerous foreign and local projects including a Multi-Storied BasementCar Parking at Baradari Park, Karachi, KCIP Industrial Park Korangi Karachi, Islamic Institute Johar Town Lahore, Holiday Inn Hotel Islamabad, Carlton Hotel D.H.A Karachi, Royal Rodale club D.H.A Karachi and Khair-ul-Madaris Complex Multan.
Mr. Yousuf is an electrical engineer by profession and is also an extremely competent project manager. He received his B-Eng degree in Power and Control from the United Kingdom. His professional experience includes internships at KESC, Karachi and John Crane, Buckingham Avenue, Slough where he worked on designs and manufacturing of steel and associated products used in the oil, gas, and mining sectors. He is an all-rounder and played domestic cricket representing KESC and has also been awarded best batsman of the tournament. He was a support worker for British Heart Foundation and Cancer research and was also actively involved with Carbon Trust and Ecocity to reduce carbon emissions in U.K.
After graduating in 2010 Mr.Umer worked in Marriot as an Electrical Engineer gaining hands-on knowledge of Live Circuit Breakers and Fire Alarm Systems. He is currently working at QBL and is in charge of the Korangi Industrial Park Electrical Package Project.
